Since I started this job in 2020 and up until now (2025), I've felt significant changes in technology trends and the rise of AI. As you know, this is an industry where trends change quickly, so I believe that continuing to learn is essential. I always make sure to absorb new information and apply it appropriately in my projects.

Value communication

Contrary to the common perception that 'engineers don't need to be particularly good at communication,' the reality is quite different. We work closely with many people, including directors and designers, to accomplish our tasks. Instead of working alone, we work as a team and place a high value on communication.

Enjoy work

Above all, I believe it is important to enjoy one's work. By 'enjoying,' I don't mean 'playing,' but rather maintaining a mindset that finds pleasure in creating. I think that enjoying the work often has a very positive effect on projects.
